JAM54D41 LB 430-455/MB serise of JA N-Type full black frame bifacial solar panel is part of the Deep Blue 4.0 Pro series. This all black frame solar pv module is made of Monocrystalline silicon 182mm half cell 108pcs, the mainstream model 450w (JAM54D41-450/LB) with same color as the roof is ideal for residential roof system installation, which can better integrate with the roof and improve the aesthetics of the building.

Bycium+ high-efficiency cell technology
The Bycium+ cell stands as JA Solar's signature high-efficiency n-type passivated contact cell. Built upon millisecond-level low-oxygen n-type wafer technology, it incorporates optimized passivation, contact technologies, ultra-thin busbar metallization, and a double-sided anti-reflection film. The cell boasts a Voc reaching up to 728mV, with a mass production efficiency that can hit 25.6%. A detailed structure of the Bycium+ cell can be viewed in Figure 2.

Rectangular silicon wafer technology
While the 182mm width became a standard, manufacturers varied in their choices for wafer length. This resulted in modules of varying sizes to cater to distinct applications, posing challenges across the supply chain and for consumers. Recognizing this diversity, JA Solar, after extensive verification and weighing customer value, settled on a 182mm*199mm wafer size. Embracing a holistic industry chain perspective, JA Solar optimized cell design using this specific rectangular wafer size. This approach enables the production of four high-efficiency, high-power module versions, aligning with the industry-standard size of 1134mm*2278mm, as depicted in Figure 3. In comparison to similar industry modules, the DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules present superior intellectual and performance advantages, enriching customer value. These modules underline a more cohesive and inclusive industry chain, driving a harmonized, win-win outcome for the entire sector.
Application scenarios
The DeepBlue 4.0 Pro series epitomizes a seamless fusion of efficiency, power, and adaptability. These modules come in four distinct designs: 54-cell, 66-cell, 72-cell (width 2333mm), and 72-cell (width 2465mm), tailored for varied applications. The compact 54-cell version suits European and American rooftop projects, while the other designs cater to global industrial, commercial rooftops, and large-scale utility projects. Specifically in China, the 72-cell module (2465mm*1134mm) emerges as a high-power leader, ideal for distributed projects and diverse applications.
